Parkville Women’s Clinic

Parkville Women’s Clinic is a non-profit organization in Kansas City, MO that provides pregnancy support, education, medical services, and community resources for women in unexpected pregnancies.

Whitestone has been engaged since early 2022 as the representative to develop and construct the new clinic. This project expanded their footprint from 2,700 square feet to 6,400 square feet. The services provided were:

  • Land acquisition

  • Project management

  • Financing

  • Design and construction management

The construction started on July 8th 2024, phase one opened in March of 2025. Phase two is currently under construction, projected to be completed November 2026. For additional information and photos of this project, please visit our News page.
